Tomorrow's practice will be held in the Downingtown Middle School gymnasium. Practice will be from 4:00 to 5:45.

Wednesday Conditioning
Hey all,
I've decided to change the location of the run tomorrow. Meet me at 4:00 in the parking lot between DMS and West. We
will run through town. Wear rugby apparal(sp) to promote the sport. Once again, I expect all to be there unless
you are involved with another sport that is in season.
Practice
There WILL be practice tonight, even if it rains. I expect all to be there except those in season!! Be sure
to e-mail me if you cannot make it.

Thursday Practice
Today's practice will be a regularly scheduled practice until 5:30. I expect to see everyone at Devereux by 4:00.
Be sure to drive carefully, no hot dogging in the parking lot and watch your language. See you then.

Practice Canceled
Practice is canceled for today (Tuesday Feb. 13). That does not mean you can't go out and run on your own!!!
We will try this again on Thursday, hopefully the snow and ice will be gone by then. Sorry.
