Thursday's practice
Thursday's practice will once again be held at USTC from 4 to 5:30. Hopefully this will be the last practice away
from our home.

Middle School Practice
Wednesday's middle school practice will be held at DMS from 4:00 until 5:30.
Practice moved again
Once again, Tuesday's practice will be held at USTC from 4 unil 5:30. Try to get there around 3:45 so we can warmup
first, and hit the field right at 4:00.

Thursday's Practice
Today's practice has been changed to USTC from 4:00 to 5:30. We will be using the turf field outside so dress appropriately!
Do not be late, we are paying for this field and we need to get as much use out of it as possible!!

ATTENTION!!! TODAY'S PRACTICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO FORECAST OF ICY WEATHER. Thursday's practice
is still on. Keep checking the site to determine exactly where practice will be. If you don't hear anything, practice
will be at devereux for our first official practice of the new season.

Practice this week
This week's practice will be on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 to 6:00 at the DMS parking lot. Again we will be
focusing on total rugby skill without breaking into pack and wing. Be sure to get out and run on the off days.
