The goal of Pennsylvania American Bulldogs is to produce the “total package”  a great pet as well as the perfect show and working dog. A good American Bulldog should excel at every task you require of it. It must have a confident, outgoing temperament, as well as good structure and movement. A confident American Bulldog can handle itself well in all situations and isn’t a coward or a bully. Finally, a good American Bulldog must have an abundance of working drive to be harnessed in whatever you wish to do with the dog , whether it be Weight Pulling, Schutzhund, Search and Rescue,or Irondog. A good American Bulldog has an intense desire to please it’s master and that’s what makes our breed great.
