We require a $250 deposit to reserve one of our puppies. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances with the exception of the following :

1) If a deposit is placed prior to the litter being whelped, the deposit may be transferred to another breeding if that is determined before the puppies are born. Once the puppies are whelped, all deposits are final.

2) If a deposit is placed and there are not enough puppies (or any) of  the sex in which you placed your deposit on, you will be given the choice to either choose an available puppy of the opposite sex from the same litter, transfer your deposit to an upcoming breeding.

Any other circumstance is subject to review  and a deposit may or may not be refunded at the discretion of Pennsylvania American Bulldogs.

Puppies are chosen in the order that the deposit is received. Which specific pup is available at any given time cannot be determined until all picks have been made.
