Digital Files We accept digital sound files in a variety of formats including wav, mp3 and FTR Gold CDs, plus many, many more! Most sound files can be converted for compatibility.  So whatever system you are using, please contact us to discuss.  Simply upload your digital recordings through our server on the Upload Files web site page for ABW Transcription.    We will then transcribe your typing and email the completed transcripts, letters or documents straight back to your inbox for printing off. Alternatively, you can mail the audio files and we can send you hard copies via post or save everything to CD. Audio Tapes Despite the benefits of digital and the rate at which this is overtaking the use of audio cassettes, we are still fully equipped to take your audio dictation, whether it be on standard, mini or micro-sized cassettes. Collection and Delivery of Tapes All collection and delivery of tapes and work is free of charge.  You can send us your audio tapes via post for transcription.  Your tapes will be returned securely via courier or registered/recorded/special delivery post.  Either way, your work will be transcribed and returned in less time and at less cost than recruiting extra staff, paying overtime or bringing in temps.   Rates and Payment Options  Rates vary depending on the project, complexity, sound quality and clarity.  Please contact us at any time with details of your project or requirements so that we may provide you with a quote.    All payments are made easily by credit card.  You will receive an invoice via email which will allow you to securely process payment via PayPal's payment options.  You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to process payment with your credit card.
