Remember if you need anybody to talk to then you know how to reach us...we are here to listen and talk.  Many times no matter your age child,teen,adult we tend to keep many emotions trapped inside our hearts and those things start to grow roots that are hard to take out once inside.  But if you can get to the root before the anger,hatred, bitterness,depression, etc start to flourish then God can bring healing.  Talk to someone...no excuses
