Additional Requirements

Lehigh Valley Flute Camp

You will be required to provide the following prior to the start of camp:

  • Valid working email address.  All future communications will be by email.
  • Proof of Health Insurance for camper.
  • Indemnity form.
  • 2 emergency contact phone numbers.
  • A music stand
  • A working flute
