Russell McKinnon:
Russell was educated by Jesuits to "make a difference" while attending the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA (AB
History). He holds a Masters Degree in Management from The George Washington University (Washington, DC) and is a former Naval
Officer and Viet Nam veteran. Russell is also a Certified Association Executive and has managed a number of associations
and foundations, and currently serves s Board Member of several hospitality organizations.

Deborah was educated at Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA; the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI (Masters of Fine Arts)
and holds a law degree from Vermont Law School. Deborah has been active in Soroptomist International for more than 20
years.
