I am Tim Mills, the author of the Mystery Kids series of books. I am Souther Cheyenne
from Las Vegas, NV. Born with cerebral palsy, I understand first hand the challanges that the chrarcters in these books face
each day. I also work with children that have cp and other disabilities, professionally and as a scout leader. I have spent
time on the Cheyenne reservation and other reservations in the western United States, giving me time to study the tradition
lives of the Cheyenne poeple. While I have done my best to create a realistic world in my stories, I have avioded using details
that protain to our trational ceremonies in any of my stories, as these things are very sacred to our people. All ceremonies
in these stories have either been changed, or invented as complete works of fiction.
