Locating Fiction Books In The Library

A fiction book has a call number on the spine label of the book. A call number is the book's address in the library.

Fiction books are shelved in alphabetical order of the last names of the authors.

For Example...on the book shelf above the first book is Cam Jansen written by David "ADL"er.

The second book is Fudge written by Judy "BLU"me.

The third book is Joey Pigza written by Jack "GAN"tos.

The call number of a fiction book starts with the capital letters "FIC." Also in capital letters on the next line are the first three letters of the author's last name.
