As of a few weeks ago, I've closed down the shop. We're expecting another squishy baby in about a month or two and I just want this time to spend with my family and get things ready. I won't be taking any orders or conducting any business of any kind until at least summer. I'm also thinking about just closing down the website when the time comes and just selling products exclusively through Etsy.

As of right now, I'm planning on closing the shop down for a few months come mid-December because I'm due with a squishy baby at the end of January and I want to be able to enjoy and relax when I'm that far along and get things ready for the new one. There isn't any definate date yet but I'll be posting updates as I get further along.

 

I've been thinking about just closing down this website and just switching over to Etsy as my online shop. I think going that way would be a lot less stressful and be easier to handle and manage when orders come in (especially with a toddler and newborn). But nothing is set in stone yet, I think I'm just going to wait and see how things go and then just go from there.

 

I'm also working on a few new slings similar to the butterfly children's ring sling over at my etsy shop - if you haven't checked it out yet go to www.babysbreathslings.etsy.com and have a look. I'll probably be posting a questionairre form soon so you can give me your input about what types of images/pictures/symbols/etc. you'd like to see on slings. I can't do anything too complicated yet so I'll have to keep it simple until I get better at it.

 

If you have any feedback about anything mentioned about I'd love to hear about it. I'd especially like to know how you would feel about me just taking this shop to etsy and what you'd like to see on different slings. Take Care!

I've recently dropped off three beautiful slings at Rider Pharmacy on east side in Fairmont. When I was done making these I wondered why I even went into this business, since every sling I make I want to keep (especially these!). Hopefully I'll be making more beautiful slings like these in the near future!

My slings are now on sale at Vittoria and Banks in downtown Fairmont, across from the courthouse. At this time there are only 4 choices to choose from with each being a different color and size. They are all priced at $48 dollars. Go check them out if you have never seen them before!

After months of talking about adding new colors I finally did. They aren't patterned fabric (I'm still looking around for those) but there are more than 10 choices now. You may notice that they are seperated. That doesn't mean anything, it's just the way to cart is set up. Unfortunately, I did have to raise the price up to 3 dollars because the fabric cost went up a little. The payment option is down for a few days but it will be back up, granted Elijah allows me the time and energy to do so. Well, it's been an extremely long day so I'm off. Enjoy the new colors!
