Welcome graphic

This web site is dedicated to the men who served with the U.S. Navy's COMPOSITE SQUADRON SIXTY-SIX (VC-66) from 21 June 1943 until 3 November 1944. It contains a narrative and chronological history of the squadron's activities during that period, and a personnel roster of the men who served with the squadron during that period.  Compiling the squadron's history was done as a token of appreciation for their service - and that of all who served in World War II - the war that had to be won.  Thank you.
