We've had great success with having first year bloom on approximately 50% of our seedlings when they
are growing under lights before mid December. As you can see we fit as many lights as possible over the growing areas.
The bulbs used are 6500k Alto bulbs or the equivalent powered for 18 hours per day. We use PREMIER
PRO-MIX BX for a soil medium, at 3 weeks of age we water with dose of a water soluble 20-20-20, then after
4 weeks we add Osmocote
bloom formula to the tops of the cups. Watering from the top also gives the plants a dose of fertilizer
every week.
