1/87 Scale Hahn HCP-10 Cab Kits
The Hahn HCP-10 cab was a great looking, and popular type in the 1970's, and 80's, and was used by
many volunteer, and paid departments, primarily in the Eastern United States.
This 1/87 scale cast resin cab kit can be used to create an excellent model. You will need to add some details,
such as mirrors, warning lights, grab rails, and windows, and you'll need to have some kitbashing, and scratchbuilding
skills to create a finished model.
I built the example below, using an AHM Mack pumper body, with some minor modifications. The Athearn
pumper body will also work well with this cab, and there are many other apparatus that can be built by using exisiting parts.
A Vacu-formed windshield is included with the kit, with the correct contour, but the modeler must trim, and fit
it into the cab.
