Original bath was neat and tidy, but a little dated. Space was not utilized to it's full potential and did not suit the
customer's needs.
Original layout was retained with space saving options and new upgrades. New bath features:
- Walk in shower with multi-function body sprays, hand shower, and 52 nozzle shower head.
- Corner fit jacuzzi style bath for two with hand sprayer.
- Elimination of closet area for new dressing area with storage.
- Installed new corner storage cabinet in toilet room to maximze space.
- Removed separate sinks and increased size of adjacent walk in closet. New double sink cabinet features granite countertops,
undermount porcelain sinks, and brushed nickel faucets. Cabinets: inlaid rope moulding with antiqued glaze finish.
- Walls received medium "knock down" texture.
- Radiant floor heating with programable thermostat.
- Backlight crown moulding. All lighting with electronically controlled dimmers.
- Italian tile with coordinating rope mouding detail and chair rail (continuous).
