Past Events
 September 19, 2009 – More than 30 alumni, family, and friends attended the luncheon cruise aboard the River Lady paddlewheel riverboat as it cruised the Toms River and Barnegat Bay of Toms River in New Jersey. A good time was had by all!
 April 4, 2009 – Alumni, family, and friends participated in a tour of Theodore Roosevelt’s summer home (Sagamore Hill) in Oyster Bay, Long Island. A luncheon was held afterwards at Page One Restaurant in Glen Cove.
 November 8, 2008 – The chapter attended a Jazz Brunch at The Garage Restaurant in New York City. The food was good and so was the music!
 May 4, 2008 – The chapter boarded the Warren County Wine Train in Phillipsburg, NJ for a trip along the Delaware River. We arrived at the Alba Vineyard and Winery in Milford, NJ for a tour and tasting. Six wines were sampled and many bottles were purchased. Over 30 alumni, friends, and family joined us for this event.
 January 6, 2008 – Almost 30 alumni, family, and friends attended the holiday event that was held in New York City. We participated in a tour of Rockefeller Center where we learned about the architecture, paintings, and sculpture both inside and outside of the buildings that make up this New York City landmark. We also participated in a tour of NBC Studios where we got to see some of the studios where shows such as Saturday Night Live and the Conan O’Brien show are broadcasted from. Remember how funny it was to see two of our fellow classmates report the news and the weather in front of the cameras! We had a chance to mingle over dinner afterwards at Alfredo of Rome, located down the street at 4 West 49th Street.
 September 22, 2007 – The chapter held a picnic event at Lynn Deming Park located adjacent to Candlewood Lake in New Milford, Connecticut. Dr. Mann, the President of D&E, and his wife Carolyn joined us for this event.
 May 20, 2007 - Over 50 alumni, family, and friends attended the Trenton Thunder baseball game at Waterfront Park in Trenton, NJ. Billy Steinberg (son of Bill Steinberg - Class of 1980) got to throw out the first pitch!
 February 10, 2007 - Chapter members, family, and D&E staff attended the Secrets of Grand Central private tour conducted by NYC Discovery Tours and had dinner at Rosie O'Grady's at 149 West 46th Street in New York City. We learned a lot during the historical and architectural indoor tour of this landmark and had a chance to mingle over dinner.
 September 10, 2006 - The chapter's inaugural event was a cruise around lower Manhattan aboard the Spirit of New Jersey that embarked from Weehawken, New Jersey. Close to 60 alumni, family, friends, and D&E staff took part in the cruise event.
