Ride 1 - January 21, 2007.
Conditions were rough, but we HAD to get out! We all rode to Owens Orchard for the Weedsport
Winter Wanderers antique sled show and chicken BBQ. Ride 2 - January 27, 2007
Today we rode to Bear Swamp. Conditions weren't the greatest, but they were much better than last
week! We rode to the Colonial Lodge for lunch.
Ride 4 - February 11, 2007 We all met up at Joe's house and rode to Song Mountain. Trails were a bit rough
at times. Worst part was the really steep hill we had to go down in Marcellus. Not a fan of that trail! We stopped at Denny's
Mountainview for lunch and then headed back home.
Ride 5 - February 18, 2007
Rode to TC's restaurant in Cato for lunch. What a ride! Conditions were great! The Cato
club did a great job maintaining the trails this weekend. Ride 6 - February 24, 2007
Just a small quick ride to Millstone Restaurant in Elbridge. Conditions were great. Came across
a Polaris stuck in a creek. Took us a while but we found a board to use so we could get across. Ride 7 - March 1, 2007
A few of us took a day off and did a weekday ride to Fair Haven. Other than about a 15 mile portion of
trail that was REALLY rough, the ride was excellent. What a fun ride! Ride 8 - March 3, 2007
OOPS! We forgot the camera on this ride. We stopped at Steve's on the way home and borrowed
his. We thought this was going to be our last ride. We kept it short because it was getting warm so we had wet
spots and creek issues! The trails actually ended up being excellent. We rode to Jordan Diner for lunch. Ride 9 - March 8, 2007
Oh what a ride! John and I left from our house and rode out south of Skaneateles. The conditions
were AWESOME! Ride 10 - March 9, 2007
3 of us met up and rode to the Jordan Diner for lunch. Just a great day! We stopped off at the
little shelter in the woods near Millstone Restaurant and Rolling Wheels Speedway. It was so gorgeous out - we just
wanted to keep on going! Ride 11 - March 10, 2007
Didn't think we were going to pull this ride off! It started raining in the morning and everyone backed
out. A couple of us diehards decided to give it a shot. We rode through Owasco and headed toward the swamp.
We turned around and stopped at the Cedar House for breakfast and decided to head around to Weedsport to stop at Steve's and
give him a hard time for not coming out. Sadly, this was the last ride of the season. |
