The online listing on the IRS website will not yet include our
501(c)3 status, but if you call the # and give them the EIN or DLN numbers they can tell you that we are indeed a 501(c)3.
In order to find us in the PA database you must go to the Pa
corporations database and type in Ponytales Rescue, we will then show up as a Non-Profit corporation. We will not show up
in the PA charitable solicitation database because we are not required to file for this status. This is for organizations
that pay a professional to fundraise OR take in more then $25,000 annually in donations, our organization does not meet either
of those requirements. We worked closely with the PA department of State in obtaining all of our legal paperwork.
