  Our mission statement represents our focus and intense efforts
to re-establish positive interaction and communication between all races and cultures of incarcerated individuals and their
families in addition to uniting the many diversified communities nationwide to assure all goals are met. We strive to
educate the public via speaking engagements, on cultural awareness and the issues of racism and hatred resulting in increased
crime and unnecessary human destruction. We do ongoing recruitment of individuals interested in working with NVO to
put a stop to issues of injustices and to provide the maximum quality and quantity of supportive services necessary to
stabilize each incarcerated man, woman or adolescent. We encourage prisoners, their loved ones and concerned or at risk
members in thecommunity to contact NVO if they need such services and/or if they would like to work with New Vision Organization
in addressing the needs of others and in bringing structure, stability and safety to all communities
New Vision Organization, Inc. works in unity with community members, advocacy groups, service
providers and prison staff whenever possible and throughout the country to assure prisoners rights are not
violated and that they receive the necessary rehabilitation, legal and educational services which should be available
in all prisons. New Vision Organization, Inc. also assist their families with
access to quality programs and services that meet their needs. Services include, but are not limited to community living,
employment, educational programs, community-based mental health/family counseling and career building for both youth
and adults with emotional and behavioral problems. New Vision Organization is also dedicated to reaching out to men, women,
and youth who are at risk of incarceration
