Villa features two bedrooms (One King/Two Full) with two full bathrooms, living room (pull out couch), fully-equipped kitchen,
dining, and two private balconies. All rooms have 54/42” Plasma HDTVs, wireless internet, glorious direct views of the
ocean and beach, and your choice of fresh ocean air or air conditioning.
You are surrounded by beauty, the ocean on
one side and the El Yunque National Forest mountains on the other - just a 5 minute drive to the base. Just outside the Resort
take a 15 minute drive to Fajardo where you can find deep-sea fishing, Bioluminescent Bay, airport/ferry to beautiful Vieques
and Culebra Islands, 30-minute drive to explore the history and culture of old San Juan and just 5 to 15 minutes to all amenities
(supermarkets, banks, outlet shopping mall, K-Mart/Wal-Mart, fast food, movie theaters, etc).

Our
beachfront villa is located 50 feet away from the beach and a stone's throw away from the main hotel. It is housed
in a small five story building, all with fabulous oceanfront views and large,
deep, furnished terraces, 2 bedrooms, living room, dinning room and full kitchen and was originally built as the
high end suites for the 5-star resort now the Wydham Rio Mar.
Spacious, luxurious and comfortable settings, with dramatic beachfront views. All rooms equiped
with a large plasma tv, cable, wireless internet, and phone. The bedrooms boast a luxurious Heavenly king size bed or two double beds, spacious closets
and an entertainment center with AM/FM stereo, CD player, 42" Plasma TV with cable and DVD.
Have the convenience of
a fully equipped kitchen, and the comfort of dinning at the many Wydham Rio Mar restaurants
Guests will spend a great
deal of time on the furnished oceanfront balcony offering spectacular views of the sea. You will love the view, the privacy and all the
resort activities available a few steps away.
The villas have three
beachfront pools: adult's lap pool, baby pool, and a infinity pool with a shallow edge which is great for children. The
grounds have beautiful lush tropical gardens with plenty of lounge chairs and Tiki Huts on the beach. The pools
and beach is always uncrowded. The beach is groomed and swept at least once daily. There
are paths that meander to the sea, the golf course, the main resort. There are palapas, chaises, beach towels. The Ocean Villas grounds at night, lit up with beautiful shades
of all colors.
