Our
Island home is on Sleepers Island in Alton, NH. It sits 60 fit high and 30 feet from the shoreline and your private dock
that supports two (2) boats. It was only built 6 years ago and is the only winterwised home of 70 on the Island.
There are three levels that incldue 2
bedrooms, excercise room/3rd bedroom, living room, dinning area, full kitchen and two large decks that overlook
the Lake.
Spacious, luxurious and comfortable settings, with dramatic waterfront views. The rooms are
equiped with a tv and a spacious fireplace in the living room that looks out to the Lake. The master bedroom boast a luxurious king size bed while
the other bedroom has two double bunk beds (sleeps 4) plus a pull out couch. There is another separate 3rd sleeping area that
also includes its own kitchenette and excercise equipment.
Hopefully you will spend
a great deal of time on both 30' large open decks offering spectacular views of the Lake. You will love the view, the
privacy and all the Lake activities available a few steps away.
The Island is about 3
miles around with its own walking path and only trees and privacy in between. Visit in the summer to enjoy all the water activities
and surrunding towns or think about a winter stay as you are likely to have the whole Island to yourself; well perhaps with
a few deer and other animals.
