Deadline for entry is February 1, for the ensuing year.

Decision will be made at the State Baseball Committee meeting in February.

It must include the following information.

1.Proposed Territory and Base School

2.Reliable Management--General Mgr.--Name and Background

3.Coach--Name and Background

4. Home field for Tues,Thur and Saturday Games and make-up  dates for rain-outs

5.Sponsor and financial plan for operating a team.

The Financial Obligation is approximately as follows:($4,223.00)

a) Annual League Dues--Due Feb 1st                      $50.00

b)Compulsory Insurance  (Accident & Liability)     $318.00

c) Umpires Fees (14 Home Games)                    $1100.00

d) Game balls 8doz                                                   $400.00

e) 20 Uniforms @   $75.00                                     $1500.00
