Yoga Classes for Young Children
We offer a variety of yoga classes for families with young children –
Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga ®, Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga ®, Children's Yoga, Pre-teen Yoga and Homeschool Yoga. Detailed class descriptions, pricing information, and a current class schedule
can be found inside.
In addition to group classes, Luminous You Yoga offers Yoga Birthday Parties,
special workshops for Youth Groups, and programming at local libraries, preschools and childcare centers. Please call for scheduling and pricing information.
Luminous You Yoga believes that all children naturally shine with an inner light. Through the practice of yoga, not only are children engaged in healthy structured physical
activity, but they are allowed to get in touch with and nurture their inner light and wisdom.
Yoga is a gentle, safe and non-competitive form of exercise that has a positive effect on every single muscle, organ,
and nerve in the body. Healthy habits begun in early childhood are more likely
to continue into adolescence and adulthood.
