In this class tots and their caregivers explore dozens of developmentally nutritious poses, songs,
and activities designed by Helen Garabedian, an Infant Developmental Movement Educator and Yoga Teacher. In a time when
tots naturally become busier, Itsy Bitsy Yoga supports the caregiver/child bond, helps tots feel happier and more confident

Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga ® for ages 2
– 4 years with adult caregiver
A fascinating flow of poses, songs, stories, and games through which caregiver and child
can deepen their bond. Build a toolbox of calming techniques, healthy activities, and supportive friendships through
Itsy Bitsy Yoga. Developed by Helen Garabedian, this class helps Tykes and their caregivers discover and enhance their

Children's Yoga for ages 4 - 9
A dynamic flow of yoga poses to increase
flexibility, balance and coordination, strength and stamina, confidence and self-image, and feelings of well-being.
Interactive games and songs, and activities that introduce relaxation and meditation add to the fun, and allow the children
to improve their abilities to stay calm and focused. Art projects and self-awareness activities let us explore how yoga

Pre-Teen Yoga
for ages 10 - 14
As the child moves into adolescence, a yoga practice emphasizes a maintenence of balance, energy, and positive
outlook. This class encourages the pre-teen to meet the challenges of a changing body, shifting hormones, and increasing
demands. Each student will explore postures and breathwork that meet his/her unique needs. Extra time to
relax, meditate, and converse about common issues allows the students to quiet their minds, look within for contentment, and

Barefoot Yoga for ages 4 - 7
New class created exclusively for the Barefoot Books flagship store in Concord. An
engaging mix of yoga poses, songs and games to enliven the imagination, nurture the spirit, and support your
