GASSER GANG RACING GUIDELINES |
The Gasser Gang Race events to be held at New York International Raceway Park
in Leicester, NY are currently
scheduled for:
May 17
July 19
August 16
Sept 21
Oct 5th or 12th (TO BE DETERMINED)
The purse will be a 50/50 split with the following
distribution:
40% Winner
30% Runner
Up
15% 3rd Place
15% 4th Place
Racing will be on the 1/8th mile using a .500 full tree.
Entry fee is $25 for Car and Driver
Two or three time trials with pairings based on the time trials.
Dial-ins must be within 2/10 of time trials.
Diapers are recommended but not required.
Racers and Cars must adhere to IHRA Rules & Regulations.
Period-Correct pre-66’ gassers only.
A Representative(s) from the Gasser Gang will be called on if necessary to verify any Gasser in question. Gassers will be pitted together.

try to keep wheels, hood scoops and paint to pre ’72 specs.
Please complete the car and driver bio and hand it in to the track prior
to the event.
