This page describes the first 2 product lines that we manufacture. We may present information about the manufacturing process, lead time, or quality control for each product. We like to build each computer with care, and do at least a 1-2 day burn in. What is a burn in? Well, once built, we like to set the computer up and run it under load, several programs running, and keep an eye on several critical areas with various temperature gauges. Basically this is to ensure a nice running computer (rig). We keep an eye on the northbridge, southbridge, various other chipsets, vid cards, cpu, HD's, Optical Drives, PSU surface temp, and various intake vs. exhaust gas temperature readings. If during the burn in, all stays within set specs, your computer will be shipped! If you are in a hurry to get your computer we can shorten the burn in process, but we would rather find any faults here and fix them before sending you anything but a pristine machine.
