"Get set to shell out big bucks to heat your home this winter. The government issued its home heating fuel prediction today. Oil users...you'll be hit hardest...paying 22 percent more than last year. Translated to dollars that's about 319 bucks extra. Natural gas users...you'll pay about 78 dollars more. Blame the jump on rising crude prices...and the expected cold winter."
