Debriefing by Li-Jen

We are certainly prepared for a sale-out crowd yesterday. Even with the good weather and many sports meets scheduled, we had over 200 audience for these entertaining and incredibly awesome sports-mental-preparedness talks. We hope you are all mentally prepared, and that you have learned the coping techniques from yesterday's talk for this coming swim and dive season.

This academic event lost over $500 after cleared of all the bills.

Mental strength is as important as physical strength.
