James Armstrong is a playwright whose works have been performed nationwide. New York audiences have seen the premieres
of his short plays "The New Mrs. Jones," "Searching for Saint Anthony" and "The Mysteries of the Castle of the Monk of Falconara,"
as well as his full-length play Foggy Bottom.
Recently, the Epiphany Theater Company produced his adaptation of A Christmas Carol in Saratoga Springs, and Playwrights'
Forum premiered his play The Metric System in Memphis. He is currently working on a new musical about the Montgomery
bus boycott entitled Keep On Walkin', with songs by Lavell Blackwell and Joshua H. Cohen.
James is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America and currently resides in New York City.
