God's Law directing man's law and actions
Direction-a way to go. As we are observing, the characters in the movie we are watching have a long way to go,
and have very little direction.
We see 24 hours of the life of these young people, and are left with many questions unanswered. The answers, as we
decide for ourselves the fate of the characters, will vary. When we map out the future for them, will we "guide" them
with our conscience, and allow them to learn from their mistakes? Or, will we decide to "punish" them.
What prompts our decision? Do we want to be forgiving and compassionate, or vengeful and powerful? What values
are reflected in our decision? How far do we have yet to go? Are we taking God's direction?
