"I am writing to express my total satisfaction with the work on my home recently
performed by Keller Plumbing & Heating. They were recommended by a friend, and after witnessing the quality of their
work, I can see why. I initally had them out to do some basic repair work; while they were there they noticed that my water
pipe running from the street was Polybutylene, a type of pipe known to fail after a relatively short life span and leave you
with a flooded basement. Research online validated everything Keller P & H told me about the Polybutylene. I called
a few other plumbing companies, none could beat the price that Keller P & H quoted.
The job to replace the pipe was not an easy one; it required 3 holes roughly 5 feet
deep to be dug into my yard, including one which had to be dug by hand due to proximity to electrical & phone wire.
Frankly, I expected my yard to be destroyed for quite some time as a result of this process. I was very pleased to see Keller
P & H do a wonderful job of minimizing the damage to my yard, all the while doing work of excellent quality. They cut
off the sod prior to digging, replaced it when complete, and even planted grass seed on the small areas that grass could not
be salvaged. Also, during the excavation, a drainage pipe was damaged unavoidably. Keller P & H made a special trip
to a supply store and replaced the drainage pipe in the ground.
Inside the house, once again they did an excellent job while keeping the house as
clean as possible. It was very evident by their work that they cared about minimizing the impact of this complicated
& dirty job on my home. They were also very pleasant to deal with, and happily to time to explain the
job and answer all my questions.
I would highly recommend Keller Plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of services
they provide."
