Treasurers Report
Chris read the report and it was accept as read.
State Director
George is planning a Statewide Chapter
Ride in May of 2010 more details to follow after the first of the year.
Communications
Don received an email from Crystal inviting the club to Chapter R's Christmas Party. It's
on Sun. Dec 6th starting at 4 p.m.-Dinner at 4:30 and a DJ from 5 to 9. Cost is $10 per person. It's at West Catasauqua Community
Bldg. 2301 Pine St. Whitehall Pa. If you are going please call Don TODAY!
Don received and email from Chris Harvey thanking the club for the candy and plant basket.
Kenney and Sandy thanked the club for the flowers and cards they received when his mother passed away last month. Ruth
also thanked the club for the cards and basket she received after her operation.
Tabby thanked everyone who helped at the chicken bake last month,it was a great sucess.
Parade Committee
The club had 10 bikes at the Birdsboro
parade. The next parade is Sat. Nov. 21st see coming events for more info.
Lynn thanked Dave Seidel for the refreshments
after the parade.
Safety
Remember to check your bike over before going on any rides. Also when riding
in a group if you have to leave the ride for any reason, please tell someone so that they know you are leaving and
no one will worry. And remember ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET.
Old Business
If you are going to the Christmas Party on Sat. Dec 12th and/or bring
guests please call Chris ASAP.
Please remember to give Lucille all your receipts from Hess Lettering when
you buy club clothing.
If you have any ideas for Charities to donate too, please call Sandy Miller.
Good Of The Club
At the Dec. meeting the club will be doing the Christmas Food Boxes, call
Ruth Ramsey and let her know what items you are bring. Please bring your food items, wrapping paper and tape to
wrap the boxes.
Our annual breakfast ride is Sat. Dec 5th see coming events for details.
New Business
Don and Lucille are heading the Nomination Committee for the 2010 election ballot.
