My House Cleaning services are customized to fit the needs of each client.

Each home is different

From deep cleaning to surface cleaning I tailor each cleaning to meet the needs of the home.
Because my work is so custom, it is impossible to list exactly what will be done. These details are discussed with the client so we are both on the same page before the service begins.
I have heard of other companies charging extra to go the extra mile, or blatently refusing to do certain details. I do what is requested, whether it be cleaning the fans, scrubbing the baseboards or just doing a quick surface clean before a party.
Often clients don't mind cleaning specific areas of their homes and simply let me do the chores they hate the most.
Clients are always welcome to leave honey-do lists out for me. Within reason; I don't charge extra for special requests. Clients paying an hourly rate (instead of flat-rate) are welcome to add any special requests they want.
 
Services can be catered to fit within a specific budget as well.

Did you know you are supposed to seal your granite countertops? Many homeowners are not aware of this. I do offer this service as well.

Don't Worry

Clients are often wary of letting a stranger come in and clean for the first time.
I constantly remind new clients I really have seen it all. There is no need to expalin to me why the house is dirty, I know I am there to clean it up. Calling in backup is evidence enough that you know you want a cleaner home. That's why I am here. So no worries, I don't judge.
 
Housecleaning is a very personal service. Client's names and personal information are always confidential.
 
Security is very important to me as well. When in homes alone I always lock the door behind myself and never answer the door. If a package is delivered while I am cleaning, I will place it inside after the delivery truck has left.
 
If for any reason a client is not happy with the services provided, I go out of my way to fix any issue. So far I have not had such a problem. If one occurs I am willing to come back and ammend the issue in question or offer a discount on the next service.
