Types
of Camp:
Condensed Camp:
Each diver will participate 4 times
a week for 3 hours per day. Camp will run Monday through Thursday and the hours are 9:00AM until 12:00PM, 12 total hours of
instuction.
Extended Camp:
Each diver will participate
3 times a week for 1-1/2 hours for 3 weeks. Days are flexible between M,T,W & TH from 9:00AM to 10:30AM or 10:30AM
to Noon, 13.5 total hours of instruction.
About
Camp:
- All camps run Monday through Thursday
- Camps hours are 9:00AM until 12:00PM
- Maximum capacity per camp is 18 divers, no more that 9 divers per coach
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for all transportation to and from camp
Program Requirements:
- Age Requirement: 7 to 18 years of age *Younger divers may be permitted but at coach’s discretion.
- Co-ed Program: Girls & Boys permitted
- NO diving experience required
but all divers must be able to swim safely, without assistance, to the edge of the pool.
Program Levels:
Our program is designed for
4 levels of divers; from beginners to skilled and all will work in groups with similar abilities.
Beginner:
Level
1 – This program is for participants with NO experience or summer recreational experience. Emphasis is on building basic skills, confidence and experience to progress to a higher skill level.
Intermediate:
Level
2A – This program is for participants that can satisfactorily (coach’s discretion) perform a front approach, back
press and perform 6 dives from 4 of 5 categories.
Level
2B – This program is for participants that can consistently perform a satisfactory front approach, back press
and capable of 2 dives from all 5 categories.
Skilled:
Level
3 – This program is for participants that have competed (school, age group, YMCA, AAU or any other organized league)
and can perform at least 2 dives from each category with at least a total of 11 dives.

Insurance:
All divers must provide proof
of medical insurance (company name & policy #) and sign a waiver accepting responsibility of medical treatment cost for
injury or illness. Parents/guardians will be billed for all medial services rendered
by medical providers.
AAU
Registration:
All divers must register
with AAU under the Hill Age Group Diving membership code # MADI8Y9KA8.
This provides secondary insurance in case of injury and liability insurance for club/coaches and facility. It is an annual registration and the cost is $12, you can sign up at http://aausports.org/sprt_Diving.asp Registration with AAU
is required and no diver will be permitted to participate until AAU registration is complete.
Rates:
Rates include all coaching & pool usage fees. Pool usage fees
will be paid to the Hill School
by the club. The AAU registration fee is separate and paid directly to AAU by
the participant (parent).

starts, no refunds offered after camp begins.
