Diving Clinics:
Each diver will participate on
Saturday and Sunday for 1 1/2 or 2 hours per day depending on how many divers participate in the program; 1 to 5 divers
= 1 1/2 hours or 6 - 12 divers = 2 hour sessions for 3 consecutive weekends, 9 or 12 total hours
of instruction.
* Divers with NO experience, will report 1/2 hour early
the first weekend only to work on board basics. Arrangements will be made prior to the first day of clinic.
Dates of Seasonal Camp:
All sessions take place:
- October 17,18,24,25,31 and Nov 1
- November 14,15,21,22,28,29
- Saturdays and Sundays
- 9:00 AM - 10:30 or 9:00 - 11:00
- At The Hill School Pool
- Girls & Boys ages 8 - 18 welcome
Lesson Format - Sessions will be:
- All ability groups welcome: Novice through Advanced
- Pre diving stretch
- Learn/practice basic board skills - Front approach & back press
- Learn/practice new & existing dives
Registration:
Registration can be done online (preferable) at the "online registration link" or
download the registration form for mailing. All necessary information is on the form.
AAU Registration:
All divers are
required to register with AAU under the Hill Age Group Diving membership code
# MADIBA5KA0. This provides secondary insurance in case of injury
and liability insurance for club/coaches and facility. It is an annual
registration and the cost is $12, you can sign up at
http://www.aausports.org/JoinNow.aspx Registration with AAU is required and no diver will be permitted to participate until AAU
registration is complete.
Insurance:
All divers must provide proof
of medical insurance (company name & policy #) and sign a waiver accepting responsibility of medical treatment cost for
injury or illness. Parents/guardians will be billed for all medial services rendered
by medical providers. This information will be filled in on either the online or downloadable registration form.
Rates:
Rates
include all coaching & pool usage fees. Pool usage fees will be paid to the
Hill
School by the club. The
AAU registration fee is separate and paid directly to AAU by the participant (parent).

discount will apply to families with more than 1 diver –or- divers that
