DPW and Municipal Center Employees: On July 12, 2007 the Sick Leave Bank Committee authorized a grant of eighty-five (85) days from the bank to Janet Maclure of the Municipal Center Employees Bargaining Unit.  As a result of this grant, the Sick Leave Bank will fall below it's contractual minimum and two (2) days of sick leave will be taken from each member of the DPW and Municipal Center Employees bargaining units to replenish the bank.  The taking of days will be done on or about October 18, 2007.

School Department Employees:  Class Action - Promotional By-Pass for Vacant Position.  Arbitration Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, January 30, 2008 @ 10:00 AM.
