OUR CONTRACT
The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for our DPW bargaining unit effective from July 1, 2005 through June
30, 2008 was amended and extended through June 30, 2011 by a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on December
15, 2008.
