The Spring Up Wolf Creek cycling ride will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009, starting at 12 noon.
Proceeds from the ride will go to support sight conservation, provide glasses for the needy, and help for the blind.
This is a fun ride for the entire family and is a gorgeous spring ride along Wolf Creek starting and finishing in Narrows,
VA.
Take your pick of approximately a 20 mile, 30 mile or a 42 mile round trip ride, or you can ride as much
of the course that you want. Enjoy the spring foilage and the serene ride along Wolf Creek nestled in the Alleghany
Mountains.
The 21 mile ride is a gradual climb of 560 feet to Rocky Gap, Va, and then a downhill ride
back to Narrows.
The ride will start and end at Ragsdale Football Field on Monroe Street in Narrows, Va.
Signage along the route and water and fruit will be provided along the way for all registered riders.
Entry fees are $20 per rider for a single, Or $35 for a family with a maximum of 4 , if registered by April 19,
2009. Add $5.00 per registration after April 19, 2009.
One T-shirt per registration will be provided if registered before April 19, 2009. T-shirts will be
available for $5.00 each while supplies last on the day of the ride.
Limit 200 riders please.
