We are presently meeting with the Pearisburg LIons Club for dinner on the 2nd and 4th Thursday
of each month, (Except Nov. and Dec., 1st and 3rd Thursday) at 7:00 pm. at the Giles Country
Club in Pearisburg. Here is the opportunity to socialize, form relationships, have fun, and serve our
community.
Our club is involved with many local, state, and national activities. Among recent activities are sight
screening at the Narrows elementary, middle, and high schools; furnishing eye exams and glasses for the needy; providing
high school scholarships; supporting Leader Dog for the blind and Eye Bank; and collecting used eye glasses for needy
countries Plus, we support many special needs for our community.
