development and completion of multi-million dollar Commercial & Residential Projects. Completed on Time, and on Budget.

and new developments including preparing hard and soft cost budgets, cash flow projections and value engineering analyses
* Negotiating change orders and schedule impacts for Owner and Sub-Contractor. * Managing the project approval process
including building permits and zoning approvals * Managing relationships and obligations with financial institutions *
Soliciting and analyzing bids for Owner, and Professional Design Services *
Negotiating and administering contracts for 3rd Party General Contractor, Architects, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Design
Consultants * Managing the overall construction process including schedule analysis, shop drawing review, requisition
administration, change order negotiation and construction report preparation * Overseeing and directing all field operations
and field personnel * Computer Skills - Preparing and updating comprehensive design and construction schedules in MS Projects,
Primavera, and Quick Schedule, Proficient in Word, Word Perfect, Excel, Pro-Log Construct ware, Timberline and Expedition.
