We are Carly Van Anglen and David Ferro, a married couple who have a home/ studio in the Mt. Airy
section of Philadelphia. Working collaboratively on both wheel-thrown and hand-built forms, we make our own version of majolica
ware . As both of us are painters, we were initially drawn to traditional Italian and Mexican majolica for both their color
and surface. This is a selection of pieces that we are currently working on.
