Below are links to two different booklists that relate to social studies topics that we often do in our group. We
use some of these books in the classroom, and interested students may choose to read others as well.
The American History Booklist focuses primarily on the 19th century. The European History booklist contains resources relating
to the Roman Empire, the Celts, the Vikings, the Anglo-Saxons, the Normans, and the medieval period generally. Not all of
the books in these lists are currently in print and may be hard to find.
