A sure sign of spring and early summer is fresh succulent asparagus!  Here is a simple recipe to enjoy them.

Grilled Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

½ lb asparagus

Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and season with pepper.  Place on grill or broiler.  Cook until asparagus starts to brown.  Turn; cook other side.  Garnish with parsley.

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp parsley, chopped

Ground black pepper
