West Street brews beer on a by season basis, in other words we brew something for spring, summer, fall and winter.  Usually we brew two to four varieties per season depending on what we feel like.

All beers are fermented and carbonated naturally, no fancy machinery or preservatives.  We believe in brewing small batches of fine unfiltered beer that can be enjoyed all year round.
