MEETING TIME CHANGE!!!!
Our meetings will
begin at 10:30 am going forward at the Exeter Public Library. This is due to the library
opening at 10:00, making it difficult for us to start our meetings on-time, and leaving us outside waiting for the opening.
Also, two hours was a bit too long, so this seems to be the perfect solution. All dates remain the same.
The Bake Sale was a HUGE success!!! Our girls helped the Exeter Public Library earn
$130 from the bake sale alone, a huge THANK YOU to all the girls!
Our troop is hosting this year's Great States Fair! We will be representing Hawaii.
Please bring in your designated items for the Beauty Supplies Basket for the raffle. We will start collecting at
the next meeting, so start bringing them in! The fair will be held on 2/26 from 6-9 p.m. More info. to follow!
The girls are also holding a COAT DRIVE. Please bring-in any outgrown coats to
donate to the needy. Our girl scouts are really making a difference!

Important Information
¨ Meetings will run every 1st and 3rd Saturday mornings 10:30-12.
¨ Events calendar will be
updated bi-weekly. A meeting reminder will also emailed to you prior to every meeting.
¨ Troop Dues are $2 per meeting (Oct -June) to
cover our meeting activities, snack, first aid Kit and the cost of the Try-Its they earn. There may be programs or events
we choose to attend that will cost additional $$.
¨ You can pay dues by the meeting($2), or by the
year ($38). Cash or Checks made out to Troop 961 should be placed in an envelop with your daughters name on the front.
¨ Dues are paid even if you miss a meeting. We count on every girl being at each meeting when we buy supplies etc. Girls will be able to makeup some
missed meetings to earn requirements.
¨ If your daughter misses a meeting, she can “makeup”
most activities at home. It will be up to the Junior (and her parents) to ask the leaders for the materials and requirements
missed.
¨ Our Meetings will start promptly at 10:30 a.m. and run until noon. ALL Girls are expected to stay until the end of each meeting to help clean up the activities and room.
¨ Parents MUST meet
their child INSIDE the building - and must
be sure to check with one of the leaders before leaving with your child.
