The Rev. David Dismas, MDiv, STM, was admitted into the Episcopate (Order of Bishops) on 24 June 2000 by Archbishop Roland Salvador and Bishops Josef Jonson, Raymond Contois and Dennis Dumais. He has served as bishop of the Independent Catholic Diocese of Rumney Marsh since its founding in 2001.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies and Young Adult Ministry at Merrimack College, both Master of Divinity and Master of Sacred Theology degrees at the Boston University School of Theology, and completed additional Master's level coursework in Marriage and Family Therapy at the School of Education of the University of Massachusetts (Boston).

In addition to his diocesan duties, David serves as the pastor of Saint Nicholas Mission and the president of Saint Nicholas Ministries, Inc. in Chelsea, MA.

The Rev. Carol W. Bolstad, MA, MATS, was admitted into the Presbyterate (Order of Priests) by +David during Mass on 6 June 2009.

Carol received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Arts in Theological Studies from The Episcopal Divinity School (Cambridge, MA).

A professed member of the Order of Jonathan Daniels, Carol serves as Vocations Coordinator for the Rumney Marsh Diocese as well as pastor/president of Open Door Ministries in Boston, MA.

The Rev. Mike Glenn, RN was admitted to the Presbyterate (Order of Priests) by Archbishop Roland Salvador during Mass on 27 May 2000 in Albuquerque, NM.

A Registered Nurse working as a Burn, Wound, Vac Tech at UNMH, he is also an accomplished composer and musician.

Father Mike incardinated into the Diocese of Rumney Marsh during August 2007 and serves as pastor/president of Bread of Life Ministries in Tijeras, NM.
