In the above photo, our friend Sandra Hutchinson is admitted as a Cleric in the Independent Catholic Christian Church by Bishop Tim Cravens.

The Independent Catholic Christian Church is a small independent sacramental jurisdiction to whom God has entrusted a treasure of things new and old.

The Independent Catholic Christian Church believes the historic Christian doctrines as found in the Nicene Creed, placing special emphasis on the incarnation of Jesus Christ as fully God and fully human and His salvation of humankind through His death and resurrection. We observe the seven sacraments and hold valid apostolic succession through a number of lines.

The Independent Catholic Christian Church is very strongly committed to the full inclusion of women and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people within the life of the church. We ordain women and lgbt persons to ALL orders of ministry -- bishop, priest, and deacon. We also celebrate the marriages of ALL couples that make a lifelong covenant of commitment to one another -- regardless of whether the couple consists of a man and a woman, two men, two women, or two persons including one or both who are transgendered.
