Sheree Ruhl
I am a Reiki Healer, a SoulCollage Facilitator, partner in Spirited Souls with
Linda Miller and I am also a founding member of the Spirit & Self Discovery Group. Spirit & Self Discovery is my
creative partnership with Lori Kronser and Linda Miller. We are three kindred spirits who have joined together
on our journeys to provide safe spaces where others can relax, restore and rejuvenate. Our mission
is to provide safe spiritual self discovery in whatever way our paths lead us.. I am the Assistant Education Coordinator
for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in Annapolis, MD, and a passionate tree-hugger who works with faith-based groups to honor,
heal and protect God's Creation. I am a wife, mother of two sons, a singer and a guitar player and have more
interests than the day is long... if only I didn't have to sleep...

Linda Miller
I am a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Healer. I am a SoulCollage Facilitator. I am also a founding member of the

mission is to provide safe spiritual self discovery in whatever way their paths lead them to. I am a wife, a mother
of 2, a BioSpiritual Focusing Facilitator and Energy Worker. I have dedicated my life to helping others.

Lori Kronser
Lori is a public school teacher (bless her heart), a Stampin' Up demonstrator, a conference
facilitator extraordinaire and a woman of deep faith. She is a founding member of the Spirit and Discovery Group.
