Comics Come in All Shapes & Sizes
I always enjoy talking to people about comics as an art form and, specifically, about the formal aspects (e.g., shape,
size, construction, composition) of comics. In 2009, I organized and moderated a panel entitled "Comics Come in All
Shapes & Sizes" for the 2009 MoCCA Art Festival in New York City. The following notes represent my effort
to capture and continue expanding upon that discussion.
