In a separate area of the lower level there is a fireplace, a deluxe snooker/poker table,  sitting area, and aTV with a PS3 (please request when booking).

Lower Level Gaming Area

Kids of all ages can relax and enjoy the bright and airy recreation room that contains a foosball table, corner table for board games, and pyramid bunk bed (sleeps 3).

Connected to the rec room is the fifth bedroom that hosts pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (sleeps 4), a small TV and VCR/DVD player, and many VCRs for children.

A full bath is also included on this level.
